ANCESTRAL CURSES & THE BELIEVER

There's a recent wind blowing across Nigerian believers - that's breaking of ancestral curses isn't necessary for a believer to experience freedom. I will say from the get go that I agree with that, because Jesus has paid it all and done it all for us.

Before I continue I want to ask every believer reading this a question. Please think deeply before answering:

DO YOU OR HAVE YOU AT ONE TIME OR THE OTHER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU SHOULDN'T THAT JESUS PAID FOR?

For an example, occasional lack? Sickness and diseases? Ok let me take it a bit further. Have you seen a pattern in your life that was or is in that of your fathers or relatives? Such as poverty, near success syndrome, relationship failures even a particular disease or sickness etc?

If you have not experienced any of these things yet, you are probably too young, or you have freed yourself and you are not amongst the people this post is for. But for those that wear the shoe I described, there's a missing link and you will agree with me that something isn't adding up won't you?

I plead with you not to be carried away with nice sounding messages and suffer in silence. For every revelation, there is either the extreme left or extreme right. It is wise to always stay in the middle of the road.

The extreme left says we are free totally free you are not required to do anything else, Grace covers it all, I called them liberal Christians. The extreme right says no we delivered but were still need to observe the works of righteousness to be worthy of God's Grace, I called them the conservative Christians.

Both are under the bondage of extremes and are in the ditch on both sides of the road.

You will never go wrong staying in the middle of the road. The middle says I'm free based on the finished work of Christ on the cross I'm no longer a slave to sin, Jesus has done it all. BUT GOD GRANTS US ACCESS TO THIS FREEDOM AND GRACE THROUGH FAITH, AND FAITH IS SEEN BY WORKS OF FAITH NOT WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

What this means is that although Jesus has done it all, we still need to collect everything He has done with the hands of faith. This is translating the legality of Jesus' finished work to reality or vitality.

Romans 5:2 (NKJV)

through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Romans 4:16 (NKJV)

Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed,

HAS JESUS DONE IT ALL? YES HE SURE HAS!

The missing link is that everything Jesus has done for us has been placed in our account in heavenly places we need to come by faith and appropriate them (withdraw from our account in heavenly places and transfer them to earthly places where we can benefit from them).

Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

2 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

Someone posted on FB that the Germans killed millions even 6 million Jews and yet they have the best economy in Europe that ancestral curse is not affecting them. I had a good laugh when I read it. Ignorance never ceases to amuse me. I silently said to myself that this person has not heard that the kingdom of darkness is in control of finances. satan himself told Jesus that when he tempted him in the wilderness. he said to Jesus that he has in his control the wealth and glory of the world and he can give to anyone he wishes.

What then is my point? I'm not saying that the Germans are under a curse, NO!

Here's my point.

We need to stop judging SUCCESS and PROSPERITY by the presence of money. True prosperity is being sound in spirit, soul and body. You can have all the millions in the world with pancreatic cancer or brain tumour, you will discover all of a sudden you are not prosperous.

PLEASE FOLKS QUIT JUDGING TRUE SUCCESS WITH THE PRESENCE OF MONEY.
